Service Cancellation by Client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients may request cancellation <strong>before service work begins<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the service has started, cancellation is <strong>not guaranteed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via the official support channel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payment-Based Cancellation Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a. Full Payment Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders with full payment are <strong>non-cancellable<\/strong> once service delivery has started<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b. Partial Payment Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Services will remain active <strong>only up to the value of the amount paid<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the client cancels:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refund will be issued for completed service portions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c. Post-Delivery Payment Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If payment is not completed after delivery:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service will be suspended after <strong>7 working days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation will be applied automatically if payment remains unpaid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Non-Responsive Clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a client fails to respond or provide required information for an extended period:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diclr reserves the right to cancel the service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed work will be considered delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Diclr\u2019s Right to Cancel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diclr may cancel a service if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment terms are violated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service is requested for illegal activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical or operational limitations prevent proper service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
