Ownership of Diclr Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All intellectual property owned by Diclr includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Website content, text, graphics, and design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service structures, methodologies, workflows, and systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branding elements, logos, trademarks, and service names<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Templates, frameworks, documentation, and internal processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These materials remain the <strong>exclusive property of <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nazmulislam.net\/diclr\/\"><strong>Diclr<\/strong> <\/a>unless otherwise stated in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Client-Owned Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide to Diclr, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Website content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logos and branding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media files and proprietary data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By providing such materials, clients grant Diclr a <strong>limited, non-exclusive license<\/strong> to use them solely for service delivery purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Work Product &amp; Deliverables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon full or partial payment, clients receive usage rights to the delivered work <strong>only to the extent of the payment made<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ownership transfer (if applicable) is limited to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Final deliverables explicitly included in the purchased service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diclr retains ownership of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-existing tools, systems, templates, and methodologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any background intellectual property used to deliver the service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Restrictions on Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Diclr\u2019s proprietary materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claim ownership of Diclr methodologies or internal systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse-engineer, copy, or reuse Diclr assets outside the agreed scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Partial Payment &amp; Ownership Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a service is partially paid:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Client rights are limited to the proportion of work delivered corresponding to the amount paid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any unpaid portion of work remains the exclusive property of Diclr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diclr reserves the right to remove or disable unpaid deliverables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
