  • The remaining balance must be paid within 15 (fifteen) business days after delivery
  • If the remaining payment is not completed within this period:
    • The service will be cancelled or restricted
    • Only the portion of service equivalent to the paid amount may be retained
    • The remaining portion of the service will be removed

5.4 Service Removal & Charges

  • In cases of non-payment or incomplete payment:
    • Service removal or rollback may be applied
    • Additional Removal Charges may apply depending on the nature of the service

5.5 General Payment Terms

  • Timely payment is the responsibility of the user
  • Delays in payment may affect service continuity and outcomes
  • Diclr reserves the right to update payment terms at any time

7. Refund & Cancellation
