- All services are intangible and customized
- Once a service is initiated, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense
2. General Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued once work has started, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Refund eligibility depends on the service status and payment condition
- Users are responsible for reviewing service details before placing an order
3. Full Payment Orders
- For orders paid in full:
- Refund requests made before work starts may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Once work has started, no refund will be applicable
4. Partial Payment Orders
- For orders placed with partial payment:
- The advance payment is non-refundable once work has started
- If the remaining payment is not completed within the allowed timeframe:
- The service may be cancelled or restricted
- Only the portion of service equivalent to the paid amount may be retained
- Any additional service delivered beyond the paid amount may be removed
5. Post-Delivery Payment Cases
- In cases where payment is allowed after delivery:
- If payment is not completed within 7 (seven) business days after delivery:
- The service will be cancelled
- Delivered work may be partially or fully withdrawn
- If payment is not completed within 7 (seven) business days after delivery:
- No refunds apply in post-delivery payment scenarios
6. Service Removal & Adjustments
- If a service is cancelled due to non-payment:
- Diclr reserves the right to remove, rollback, or deactivate delivered services
- Additional Removal Charges may apply depending on the service type and scope
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order placement
- Failure to provide required information or cooperation
- Delays caused by the client
- Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations not guaranteed by the service description
- External factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes)
8. Result-Based Refund Disclaimer
- SEO and digital marketing results (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions) are not guaranteed
- Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations or outcome variability
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Permanent account restriction
- Diclr reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence
10. Policy Modifications

- Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website
