Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Diclr Enterprise (“Diclr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing any service from Diclr, you agree to this policy.


1. Service Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may request cancellation before service work begins
  • Once the service has started, cancellation is not guaranteed
  • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via the official support channel

2. Cancellation After Service Start

  • If service execution has already begun:
    • Cancellation may be approved at Diclr’s discretion
    • Work already completed will be counted as delivered
    • No refund will be issued for completed or ongoing work

3. Payment-Based Cancellation Rules

a. Full Payment Orders

  • Orders with full payment are non-cancellable once service delivery has started

b. Partial Payment Orders

  • Services will remain active only up to the value of the amount paid
  • If the client cancels:
    • No refund will be issued for completed service portions

c. Post-Delivery Payment Orders

  • If payment is not completed after delivery:
    • Service will be suspended after 7 working days
    • Cancellation will be applied automatically if payment remains unpaid

4. Non-Responsive Clients

  • If a client fails to respond or provide required information for an extended period:
    • Diclr reserves the right to cancel the service
    • Completed work will be considered delivered
    • No refunds will apply

5. Diclr’s Right to Cancel

Diclr may cancel a service if:

  • Payment terms are violated
  • Client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior
  • Service is requested for illegal activities
  • Technical or operational limitations prevent proper service delivery

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the service may be revoked
  • Any delivered materials or completed work remain the property of Diclr unless otherwise agreed
  • No additional work will be performed

7. No Guaranteed Outcomes

  • Cancellation does not apply to dissatisfaction based on expected results
  • SEO, digital marketing, and IT services involve variables beyond our control

8. Independent Business Status

  • Diclr operates under a subdirectory (nazmulislam.net/diclr/) for technical convenience only
  • Diclr Enterprise is a fully independent business entity and not affiliated with any parent organization

9. Policy Updates

  • Diclr reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time
  • Updates become effective immediately upon publication on the website
