This Delivery / Service Policy governs how services are delivered by Diclr Enterprise (“Diclr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing any service from Diclr, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Service Nature
- Diclr operates as a productized service marketplace
- Customers can directly purchase service packages without prior consultation or lead-based communication
- All services are digital and delivered remotely
2. Order Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed once payment is initiated (full, partial, or post-delivery agreement)
- Order confirmation details are sent via the provided contact method
- Diclr reserves the right to request necessary information before starting the service
3. Service Start Time
- Service delivery begins after:
- Order confirmation, and
- Required client materials or access are received
- Delay in providing required information may delay service delivery
4. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on the service page or order details
- Timelines are approximate and may vary based on:
- Project complexity
- Client responsiveness
- External technical dependencies
- Diclr is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third-party platforms
5. Payment-Based Service Execution
Diclr offers flexible payment options:
a. Full Payment
- Service proceeds normally until full completion
b. Partial Payment
- Service will be delivered proportionally to the amount paid
- Remaining service scope will be paused if the balance is unpaid after delivery
c. Post-Delivery Payment
- If payment is not received after delivery:
- Service will be suspended after 7 working days
d. Partial Payment with Pending Balance
- If a partially paid order is delivered and the remaining balance is unpaid:
- Diclr will wait 15 working days
- After that, the service will be canceled
- Service equivalent to the paid amount will remain active
- Any excess service will be removed, including applicable removal charges
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information and access when required
- Respond within a reasonable time during the service period
- Ensure compliance with third-party platform policies
Failure to do so may affect delivery timelines or service outcomes.
7. Revisions & Adjustments
- Revisions are allowed only if explicitly included in the purchased package
- Requests outside the service scope may require additional charges
8. Service Completion
- A service is considered completed once the agreed scope is delivered
- No additional work will be performed beyond the package scope unless separately agreed
9. Service Suspension or Termination
Diclr reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- Client engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Services are used for illegal or unethical purposes
10. Independent Business Status
- Diclr operates under a subdirectory (nazmulislam.net/diclr) for technical purposes only
- Diclr Enterprise is a fully independent business entity and not affiliated with any parent domain
11. Policy Updates
- Diclr may update this policy at any time without prior notice
- Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated policy
